Person-Centred Therapy.
My focus is on the person rather than the experience, so that together we can work towards understanding the feelings that are feeding into the behaviours. These behaviours may be anxiety, self-worth, triggering due to trauma and so forth.
This aims to help you develop the resources within yourself to grow and change your life.
We will work together to help you find ways to heal, build greater strength, improve relationships, feel happier and be more authentically yourself.
If, at any time and for any reason, either of us feel that this way of working is not appropriate, we can discuss it and if necessary, I will recommend another professional counsellor who may be more suited to your needs.
