How can we help you?

Ever wished you could have just  an hour each week that’s devoted to you – to talk openly to someone impartial about whatever is on your mind?  To be heard, understood and supported, without fear of judgment and in total confidence?

No, it’s not too much to ask.

Between Us Counselling gives you a safe and confidential space to reflect and explore your world, without judgement or being told what to do. Helping you take a ‘helicopter’ view of yourself, your life and your relationships, and see yourself from a perspective that no-one else can.

About the practice

I offer you a peaceful, private, welcoming environment in a semi-rural location in Cheshire to explore whatever is troubling you and find a way forward.

Having trained to be a counsellor later in life, I bring a wide range of both life and professional experience. You can be assured of my non-judgemental and compassionate approach.

The relationship is everything, of course – so before booking counselling sessions, we’ll have a free 30-minute no-obligation telephone or Zoom meeting, so we can be sure we’re happy working together and that you’ll get what you want from it. We can discuss your needs and expectations of therapy and decide whether we’re a good fit.
